Client Service Associate
Misty Navarro joined HFG in March 2024 and currently serves as a Client Service Associate supporting the Nederland and The Woodlands branches. With an Office Technology degree and extensive experience in administrative support roles, she brings a unique blend of organization, professionalism, and customer service that helps create a warm and welcoming experience for every client.
A native of Port Arthur, Texas, Misty graduated from Nederland High School in 1995. After spending a year working in the Nederland office, she made the decision to relocate to Ohio to be closer to her family. Although she now works fully remotely, she remains 100% dedicated to the HFG family, even from 1,004 miles away.
Misty is a Christian, proud mother of two, and MiMi to two beautiful grandchildren. When she’s not spending time with her family, she enjoys expressing her creativity by designing and crafting beautiful wreaths for arts and craft shows.
