Operations Manager
Misty Navarro joined HFG in March 2024 and currently serves as our Operations Manager and Client Service Associate supporting the Nederland and The Woodlands branches. With an Office Technology degree and experience in administrative support roles, she brings a unique blend of organization, professionalism, and customer service that helps create a warm and welcoming experience for every client.
A native of Port Arthur, Texas, Misty graduated from Nederland High School in 1995 and now lives in The Woodlands. Misty is a Christian, a proud mother of two, and MiMi to two beautiful grandchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, relaxing at the beach or lake, and expressing her creativity by designing and crafting wreaths for arts and craft shows.
