Kathryn Bates has been a driving force at HFG since joining the firm in February 2021 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Compliance Officer. With extensive expertise in Accounting and Financial Services, she is also a licensed Investment Advisor Representative. Kathryn is committed to delivering exceptional client service while ensuring seamless operations with precision and efficiency.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Kathryn, along with her husband Dan and their two children, made The Woodlands their home in 2015. Embracing life in Texas, they’ve fully immersed themselves in the local community and the opportunities it offers.
An avid soccer fan, Kathryn passionately supports her hometown team Birmingham City Football Club, while also cheering on England during the European and World Cup tournaments. She is also a dedicated supporter of the Montgomery County Animal Shelter, advocating for animal welfare through her adoptions of three rescue cats and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing golf and engaging in local networking events.
